One-of-a-Kind property with 170 sq ft wrap around deck and coastal views both ways! Private end unit with an abundance of natural light, windows and ocean breezes! No buildings, people, cars, sidewalks or roads in front of you! Just you and your guests and the Pacific Ocean!

Our beautiful little gem just got a makeover March and April 2026. We painted throughout with coastal colors, new quartz counters, waterfall island on both sides, new quartz backsplash, new appliances, lighting, rugs, kitchen utensils, dishes, decor etc., and all new furniture including high end mattress! 

Here are the reasons we bought it and you will love it too

1. Close to Kona Town but far enough to be away from hustle and bustle (1.5 mile)

2. The closest to the ocean we could find! We are literally right on the Pacific Ocean. No one is in front of you and private!

3. No one above you (only three stairs to access) or next to you with panoramic coastal views in both directions!

4.Close to town and both popular beaches in Kona (Magic sands (1.7 mi) and Kahulu'u snorkel (2.8 mi). Farmers market across street and convenience store a block away.

5. Private garage and designated parking space close to our two access doors. (one in master and one in living room)

6. Abundance of light and updated windows for ocean breeze that will keep you cool all year round. 

7. Open floor plan and larger kitchen with island than most one bedrooms on the island.

8. Master bedroom with view of the ocean but most important air flow with abundant windows and door on both sides (Ac if you need it at night for sleeping) Very hard to find in Kona!

9. Built in desk with new quartz counters and backsplash, great lighting in case you have to do some work while there. 

This is a new listing. It has not been in the rental market in over ten years! We will love and continue to add things to make it inviting and beautiful comfortable for all. We go their often to keep it nice.

Our property has been updated with new white quartz counters, matching backsplash, waterfall edge on both sides of the island, new custom coastal color paint throughout. All newer and new appliances, Keurig coffee maker with latte frother, new retro toaster/oven, spices, dishes, silverware, glasses, new glass tea kettle, rice cooker, blender, spices etc. New custom glass half shower door, all new furniture including a sectional with chaise lounge and large ottoman (for extra sleeping room) and a new recliner rocker. The large lanai has two new comfy chairs with ottomans plus the dining table with four chairs. All new decor, rugs, some new can lighting and all new lamps, brand new top of the line king mattress and new high end bedding, pillows, all new custom blinds ordered. (Due end of April) (blackout in master and blackout curtains now)
New quartz counters and waterfall edge, with matching quartz white back splash in master bedroom desk area in case you have to do a little work while you are there.

This lil beauty "Aloha Hale Nalu" (Hello House of Waves) is one of the most beautiful spots we could find on the Big Island! We wanted to be right on the water to enjoy sea life and privacy with no one walking in front of our unit, (no cars, noise, people or buildings) and its the closest we could find! The sea life and sound of the ocean is amazing here! You can see all the way down the coast, both ways and never miss a sunset! Panoramic views!

*Easy access-We have a one story, top floor ocean front views, with no one above you but easy access. Only three stairs to access! Very rare to have top floor views and not a ton of stairs in Kona! (or anywhere) Close to parking and private garage filled with beach and snorkel gear too.

It's truly the best view and private location in this boutique, Hawaiian style complex and one of the best on the island! No commercial property next you you, only a beautiful home with private pool and miles of coastline both ways. This amazing property is an end unit with lots of light and a large Lanai, which is super hard to find here! We have searched for years! We love the airflow here with extra, updated windows (no levor windows) and great sea air flow throughout. So hard to find! We don't like AC, and could never find a place with good, cross breeze, air flow and great windows on the Big Island, (or any tropical destination) but here it is! We have an AC unit in the master for sleeping if you need it and cools down nicely. The ocean breeze here will keep you cooler all year long.

You can see the ocean from all rooms including the Master.
We will have blackout custom blinds (coming mid to late April) and we have black out curtains in the master now. There is an access door outside with a screen door you can lock if you wish to keep open for even more air flow and even better view.
Our new furnishings are high end (including new high end mattress and box springs) and are all here!

We are ideally located between the two best beaches in Kona "Magic Sands” (south of us, White Sand Beach) 1.7 miles and Kahalu'u beach, 2.8 miles south of us (the most popular snorkel beach along the kona coast) and Kona town with all the restaurants and shops, north of us 1.5 mi away.

We are only 1.5miles to Kona town which have many tours, boat trips, shops and restaurants, bars etc. We walk as much as possible there. We are just far enough from the hustle and bustle and noise and close enough for conveince. There is a farmers market with shops right across the street and a convenience store a block away. They are several stores on the way from airport. Costco is on the way from the airport (7 mi), Healthy Islands Natural Market (3.6 mi) and the closest grocery store on the way is KTA (2.5 mi) Safeway and Walmart is 2.7 miles away. Keauhou shopping center is south of us near Keauhou Bay, is less crowded, and is 3.5 miles away with many restaurants and shops and around ten minutes away with free parking, groceries, shops, pharmacy, post office, etc.
Keauhou Bay is next to it and with the famous Manta Ray swim, snorkel tours, sunset cruises etc. (So does downtown Kona)

*Salt water pool. There is a saltwater Public pool just north of us, we walk. The ocean water splashes into it and It's nice to swim in the ocean water whenever we want easily and safely.
We also have an oceanfront pool at our complex.

*Downtown Kona offers it all! 1.5 miles away and offers many tours, shopping, restaurants etc! A must see.

It's an ideal location all around!
Also if you are here for a short stay and don't want to rent a car, the trolley stops often in front of our place to go to town etc.

*We have one designated parking spot and a private garage with storage for beach gear ect! Very rare in Kona!
We are about ten miles and twenty minutes from the airport in Kona and a nice easy drive. Lyft and Uber are available to drive you on the Island as well. There are bikes all along Ali'i drive to rent too. 😊

You will love this vacation spot and we make our places like home with all the modern conveniences and extras. Looking forward to hosting you!

You will have our personal touch and not a busy property manager.

We have extra space in living room for another guest or two with couch and chaise lounge and large ottoman. Easier and more comfy then a pull out sofa bed.

No pets per HOA and owners and other guests have allergies.
