4. Next to a golf course and near two of the most popular beaches in the area.
5. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping etc
6. Lots of light with end unit and no one above you.
7. Private entrance and close to parking
8. Designated covered parking and outside storage for beach items
9. Close to town, but far away from the hustle and bustle.
10. Ocean front trail along the coast.
11. Soaring wood ceilings and character with open floor plan
12. Plenty of sleeping space, with different options for family and friends.
13. Plenty of green grass and beautiful lush landscaping.
14. Three full baths (we added one in the loft)
15. Large luxurious master bath with large soaking tub, large shower with seat (added and renovated in 2023) and soaring ceilings with skylight and separate toilet.

Grandmother
Out of all the places we’ve stayed at in Hawaii this was the nicest. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. A wonderful lanai with a bar, small fridge and beautiful furniture. The condo is well furnished with nice artwork and furniture. A beautiful kitchen and it’s well stocked with everything you need. The unit was very clean and everything worked. Parking was never a problem with 2 cars. Rita was very easy to work with and quick to respond with our questions. We stayed here twice and hope to come back next year. We had 6 adults and a 3 year old and it was very comfortable with plenty of room.

Great Family Getaway
We loved our stay at Kona Ocean Views! We spent a week in a beautiful 3-bedroom home, it was perfect. We took our two sons and their spouses, along with our 2-yr old granddaughter to Hawaii for a family vacation and the resort was the perfect choice. We made use of the pools, especially the gorgeous ocean-view pool right outside of our unit. The balcony with ocean views was so special, and we were treated to spectacular sunsets every night. The exceptionally large main suite was perfect for my son and his wife and toddler; the owners provided a pack-n-play, highchair, stroller...they didn't have to pack any extra equipment, which was awesome. The other bedroom was perfect for my other son and his wife, and they had a beautiful full bath to themselves. My husband and I stayed in the third bedroom, which was located in an open loft above the kitchen/living area. Since we were up early every morning it was fine for us; the private bathroom in the loft was lovely. I was also so grateful that the linens and towels were laundered in unscented detergent, which made the experience so much more enjoyable for those of us with sensitivity to dyes and perfumes : ) The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked! There was literally everything you could think of, all excellent quality, and plenty of everything for a large group. We cooked dinner every night, and were able to fit around the beautiful dining room table with no trouble. We did notice that sometimes in the heat of the afternoon the main living area got a bit warm; high ceilings and big windows letting in sunlight make it challenging for the AC to keep up! Luckily we weren't home much during afternoons, and pulling the blinds and running the fans helped a lot. By evening, the house was cool and comfortable, and overnight the temperature was excellent. When it was time to head to the beach, the outdoor closet was jam-packed with chairs, snorkel gear, kids toys and more, even a huge rolling wagon which made the trek to the beach so much easier. Plenty of towels, beach bags...the owner has thought of everything. We rented two cars and came and went from the resort several times each day. The dedicated covered parking space for our condo was right outside the unit. We never had an issue finding a parking spot for the second car in the guest parking spots. The resort is well maintained and staffed day and night; we felt safe and comfortable anywhere in the area. There's easy access to a large shopping center five minutes away, and several beaches and "downtown" areas were only 10 or 15 minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent; we had lots of questions before we arrived and Rita was prompt, thorough, and super helpful. All in all it was a great experience and we enjoyed spending family time in paradise at the Kona Ocean View condo. We're happy to recommend Rita's home to anyone else planning a vacation to Hawaii.

Solana Beach was the perfect spot for winter weary Midwesterners. The location is wonderful with several restaurants within walking distance but yet a very quiet vibe. The rental itself is beautiful and decorated so beachy. Everything in the rental worked perfect and was supplied with everything you could ever need. We were there for 2 weeks, so did quite a bit of cooking and found the kitchen to be very well supplied with utensils, cookware and spices. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of body wash and shampoo, which is unusual in a rental! Of course, our favorite part of the rental was the exquisite sunsets every evening and the breathtaking view from our private deck. The whole atmosphere of Solana Beach is very relaxed but yet very close to the action of San Diego.

Best property we’ve ever staid
This property was absolutely marvelous! Size, location, design, furnishings, kitchen and Ocean view were stupendous. The owner stocked the kitchen with all kinds of spices, coffee,etc. She also supplied all kinds of soaps, shampoos, etc.
